Terms
Pencil to pixels does not provide domain and hosting. Pencil to pixels advises when purchasing your domain and hosting to ensure the hosting company provides a website back up service. This is incase your website comes across any issues such as virus attacks. With a backup option enabled, this ensures your website can be restored from a previous date. 

Cancellation
If you have sent a deposit for Pencil to Pixels to carry out work and you change your mind, no refund will be given. This is to ensure Pencil to Pixels have covered costs for the time carried out.
